Teresa Sanci (De Marco) passed away in her sleep at Caritas Christi Hospice in Kew at 4:55am on Wednesday 21 August 2013.

Dearly loved wife of John (Francesco) (dec). Loved mum and mother-in-law of Diana and Barry, Anna and Gavin, Lena and Peter.

Loved Nonna of Ben and Zoe, Lara and Ash, Adrian and Paige and Chloe.

Rest peacefully.

Always in our hearts.

The Funeral Service will be held at Tobin Brothers Reflections of Life Chapel, 816 Doncaster Road, Doncaster (cnr D'Arcy St) on Tuesday 27th August 2013 at 2:00pm
